Teaching sits at the center; language teams, teaching research, learner services and partnership projects work around it.

The language teams run classes and respond to learner feedback, the teaching-research team refines courses and materials, learner services connects consultation, placement and class administration, and the partnerships team designs dedicated programs for universities and organizations.

How the teams work together
Course leads hold the teaching goals and quality standard, and each language team prepares collectively on a regular cycle. Learner services brings classroom feedback back to teaching research, and the partnerships team brings new real-world situations into the courses.

One shared standard
Whatever the language or class type, a course has to have clear goals, solid content, enough practice and timely feedback.
Eleven years of courses, teaching research and learner support make the center what it is today.
