Before class: ten minutes into the topic
Pre-class material is mostly a short text, some audio, a vocabulary prompt or a background question. The aim is to lower the barrier to the classroom task, not to finish the lesson in advance.

After class: leave one thing that can be given feedback
A recording, an email, a short piece of writing or a review of the questions you missed. Only when something is left that can be looked at again and compared does the platform actually serve progress.

The learning file: keep what matters, not everything
Each stage keeps a representative task, the teacher's feedback and your own review, so that when you change course or move up you can explain clearly where you are starting from and what is hard.

How we use it
Digital tools should reduce repetitive admin and increase the chances of feedback, not create another box to tick. The teaching team distinguishes what is required, what is optional and what is extension.
