Four connected learning modules

Teachers may adjust practice density in response to the class, while the stage outcomes and core content remain consistent.

Professional presence

Roles, business small talk, relationship-building and cross-cultural etiquette.

MODULE 02

Email and messaging

Subject lines, requests, replies, tone, difficult messages and follow-up.

MODULE 03

Meetings and collaboration

Agendas, updates, clarification, disagreement and confirming action items.

MODULE 04

Presentations and proposals

Data, narrative, comparing options, client questions and a simulated pitch.
