Course outline

Four connected learning modules

Teachers may adjust practice density in response to the class, while the stage outcomes and core content remain consistent.

MODULE 01

Getting to know one another

Core sounds, introductions, countries and jobs, be and subject pronouns.

MODULE 02

Everyday life

Time, dates, routines, the present simple, frequency and basic questions.

MODULE 03

Around the city

Places, directions, transport, there is/are and common prepositions.

MODULE 04

A complete first interaction

Ordering, shopping, telephone messages and an integrated speaking task.
